Privacy and ordering

Quote requests

Product prices and delivery costs are confirmed with you before payment. A quote request does not charge you or confirm a sale. If the online order service is unavailable, the checkout opens WhatsApp so you can send your request directly.

Information you provide

When you send a quote request, the details you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, delivery area and selected pieces) are used to respond to you. If the website’s order service is connected, requests are stored in the organization’s order spreadsheet for follow-up. Contact form submissions are sent through FormSubmit to the organization’s email address.

Browser storage

Your cart, wishlist, theme preference and some site settings are stored in your browser. They are not shared between devices. Avoid using a shared device for personal enquiries.
